In a landmark judgement, a Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja today granted the reliefs sought by the Attah of Igala Kingdom, HRM Idakwo Oboni in 2017 seeking for an order of court declaring the areas around Niger River up to Kotonkarfe as territories under the Overlordship of the Attah of Igala.
The court this morning ruled in favour of the Plaintiff.
