Buhari, Kogi Speaker, Ashiru Congratulate FCT Minister of State on her 50th Birthday
President Muhammadu Buhari, Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon Mathew Kolawole and Kogi State Commisioner for Finance, Budget and Planning, Asiwaju Idris Ashiru join members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in congratulating the Minister of State, FCT, Hajiya Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu, on her 50th birthday, June 12, 2020.
In a statement signed by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina,
“The President felicitates with family members, friends and political associates of the Minister on the auspicious occasion, urging her to remain steadfast in her passion to serve the nation, and providing a guide for other aspiring women.
President Buhari commends Hajiya Ramatu’s loyalty and dedication, which preceded the amalgamation of political parties before the 2015 elections, and saw her working actively in opposition as Woman Leader of the All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP), and always encouraging and mobilising members at the grassroots.
The President prays that the almighty God will grant the Minister long life and prosper her in health and wisdom”.
Kogi Speaker, Hon Kolawole in his message said
“it is heartwarming to celebrate a virtuous woman like Hajia Ramatu Tijani, who has devoted her life to rendering selfless services to the nation and humanity.
He said Kogi State is happy to have someone of her calibre to represent the state at the Federal Executive Council, praying that God in His infinite mercy shall continue to grant her the needed wisdom, knowledge, understanding and good health in the performance of her duties”.
Ashiru in his goodwill message
extolled the alluring virtues of Haijiya Ramatu as a woman of substance and great virtue whose contribution to the Nation’s development, women advancement and genuine service to humanity remains Indelible and worthy of commendation.
He urged the celebrant to keep the steadfastness and passion of service she’s known for,which has seen her attain greatness.
He particularly thanked the Minister for her unwavering support to the administration of Governor Yahaya Bello and the Governor himself urging her not to relent.
