President Nana Akufo-Addo of Ghana Begs Nigeria over Demolition of Embassy

Ghanaian President, Nana Akufo-Addo has apologised to President Muhammadu Buhari Over the demolition of the Nigerian High Commission in Accra.
He tendered the apology through a telephone conversation with Buhari on Tuesday, June 23.
A Ghanaian businessman who claimed to be the owner of the land where the staff quarters were erected had last Friday led some thugs and a bulldozer to demolish the building.
A statement issued by President Buhari’s Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicit, Garba Shehu, says the Ghanaian President told the President he has ordered an investigation into the matter.
