Embattled EFCC boss, Magu, threatens hunger strike in Detention

Embattled Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC), Ibrahim Magu has reportedly threatened to go on hunger strike if the authorities fail to grant him bail.

Dgovscoops investigations show that the volume of allegations against the anti corruption chief has become so enormous that the federal government is not keen releasing him this time.

Dgovscoops gathered that Magu may not be released from detention until he responds satisfactorily to all allegations against him.

The Presidency is said to be aware of Magu’s plan and already taking steps to forestall it.
