WTO: Okonjo-Iweala Gets more Support from Forum of Former Ambassador’s

The National Coordinator of the Forum of Former Ambassadors of Nigeria, Ambassador Jerry Ugokwe has declared the association’s full support for the Candidature Mrs Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala for the leadership of the World Trade Organization(WTO).
In a statement today, Ugokwe said “The Forum of Former Ambassadors of Nigeria wholeheartedly endorses the Candidature of one of our own, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala for election as the DG of WTO. She is the best candidate for the job and we solicit the support of other nations for her Candidacy because she will, as always, give her best to the world”.
Okonjo-Iweala had earlier received endorsements from the Federal Government, ECOWAS and stakeholders on the continent.
