Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State has cried out over cases of faulty card readers in areas he viewed as his strongholds.
In a statement issued by his spokesperson, Crusoe Osagie, the Governor claimed there is a deliberate attempt to disenfranchisement voters in Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) strongholds in the state.
” Suddenly, card readers are not working in areas where Governor Godwin Obaseki is very popular.
Voters are being disenfranchised and we are constrained to say that this is sabotage”.
