Dear Nigerian Youths,

Its sad that we’ve lost many of our Youths especially at the unfortunate and ugly incident of last night at the Lekki toll gate in what started as a peaceful protest with the hashtag #EndSars a call for reform of our Police for better service delivery.

I want to use this opportunity to send my condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and a quick recovery to those who sustained various degrees of injuries during the #EndSars protest.

Through this #EndSars protest, Nigerian Youths has demonstrated capacity, commitment and unity. We have spoken and the leaders has heard us clearly. ‘E shock them’ and in fact ‘E shock me too’. Kudos to Nigerian Youths.

While we mourn our falling heroes and heroines, I mean those killed during this #EndSars protest, let us reflect on the journey ahead which to me is the ultimate goal of our protest – END TO BAD GOVERNANCE IN NIGERIA.

You all will agree with me the surest way to end bad Government in Nigeria is to democratically change the Leaders i.e pilots/drivers of this Nation and replace them with much younger, Intelligent and vibrant Nigerians of excellent track records. No doubt, Nigerian Youths has all it takes to achieve this leadership change.

2023 General Elections offers Nigerian Youths especially the #EndSars protesters a golden opportunity to effect the needed change in the governing structure of Nigeria that will invariably lead us to achieving the call to end bad Government in Nigeria.

With this in mind, I wish to inform Nigerian Youths and indeed Nigerians in general my office plan to launch a Youth Campaign tagged “Youth For Youth” with the slogan “The Future Is Now”.
This will be a campaign for youths to get involve in politics, get register, contest for elections, vote during elections but more importantly, VOTE FOR YOUTH ASPIRANTS.
