IGALAMELA YOUTH RENAISSANCE GROUP CONGRATULATES APPOINTEES FROM IGALAMELA/ODOLU INTO GOVERNING COUNCILS, COMMENDS HON. PROF. STEPHEN OCHENI
A Youth and Community based group in Igalamela/Odolu local government, Igalamela Youth Renaissance Group, Ajaka, has felicitated with the 3 notable personalities from the local government just been appointed by the Kogi State government into the Governing Council of some State Tertiary Institutions.
Comrade Alih Nasir, the president of the group said they read with excitement, Government House Press Release, signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the State Governor, Onogwu Muhammed, containing the names of Hon. Ali Atabor appointed as a Member of the Governing Council of Prince Abubakar Audu University, Anyibga; Engr. Danjuma O. Attah, Member of the Governing Council of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja and Mr. Y.S Innah to the Governing Council of the College of Education (Technical), Kaba, as a member.
Comrade Nasir, described the appointments as very well deserved, stating that the appointees are distinguished leaders of the local government with inspirational personalities and huge wealth of experience that will positively impact their new responsibilities. He expressed confidence in their capabilities to contribute significantly to the growth and development of their respective institutions.

The group commended
Hon. Prof. Stephen Ocheni for his wonderful role in the appointments. They qualified Prof. Ocheni as a benevolent leader who has touched so many kogites and Igalamela/Odolu indigenes in particular with great opportunities.
The group also appreciates the Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for the appointments.
