The Federal Court of Appeal today reserved judgement in the appeal brought by the All Progressives Congress(APC) Senatorial candidate, Sir Frank Ibezim against Senator Ifeanyi Ararume.
The two substantive Appeals (Nos CA/OW/450/2020) LADY UCHENNA UBA V- APC & 4 ORS & (CA/OW/452/2020) CHUKWUMA FRANK IBEZIM V- LADY UCHENNA UBA & 5 ORS have been exhaustively argued and Processes adopted by all the parties, vide their respective Counsels today, including the Notice of Preliminary objection by Ararume’s Counsel.
After all the arguments, the Court reserved Judgment for a date to be communicated soonest.
