FCCPC boss bags POHAN’s Credence Honours.
The Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission Barr Babatunde Irukera, has been conferred with a Public Service Excellence Credence Certification by the umbrella body for Public Office Holders in Nigeria POHAN.
The event which held at the FCCPC board room at the commisson’s headquarters had in attendance the recipient of the certification and officials of POHAN with it’s National President Bashorun MD Eseyin.
Bashorun Eseyin who led the team gave his opening speech by stating the recipient worthiness for the prestigious honour, applauding his excellent and ethical responsiveness to Public Service delivery.
The POHAN symbol and seal was handed over to the FCCPC Boss by the association’s advisor on research and development Dr. Christopher Imumolen who gave indices and justification for arriving at his nomination for the honour.
Thereafter, the POHAN Certificate of Credence was presented to Barr. Babatunde Irukera by the body’s National President who described the recipient as an ambassador of Public Office Holder and charged him to see this certificate as a call for more efforts as he continues to project the good image of Public Office Holders to the admiration of POHAN and Nigerians
The elated FCCPC boss gave his remark and acceptance of the honour by appreciating the association for finding him worthy of its honour. In his words, “I am highly honoured and encouraged by this act”. He further commended the formation of POHAN and gave assurances of his support and commitment to the Association.
