Engineer James Adepoju, a special adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State, is dead. Adepoju died on Wednesday, January 13.
The Chief press Secretary to the State Governor, Taiwo Adisa, has since confirmed Adepoju’s death. Official statement regarding the cause of his death has not been released at the time this report was filed.
The deceased was reportedly appointed in 2020 by the Oyo State Governor as one of his special advisers.
Adepoju was a graduate of Civil Engineering from the University of Ibadan. He was involved in several projects in the State.
