The Honourable Minister of State for Education, Hon Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba today launched in Minna, Niger State, the Better Education Service Delivery for All (BESDA) The Governor of Niger State, Abubakar Sani Bello and members of the State Executive Council were in attendance .
The Honourable Minister also paid a courtesy visit to the Palace of the Emir of Minna, Alh. (Dr) Umaru Faruq Bahago.
