Princess Layemi Joledo Congratulates Okonjo-Iweala on her Confirmation as WTO DG

Kogi State politician and front line Women Advocate, Princess Layemi Joledo has expressed immense joy with the Confirmation of Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala as the Director General of the World Trade Organisation(WTO).
In a statement made available to the media in Lokoja, she congratulated the New Director General pointing out that her Confirmation is the first of its kind for a Woman and African in the history of the organisation. 
Princess Joledo stressed however that with her pedigree,  Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala is even more than qualified for her New office. 
“Her new job is proof of the intelligence, capability and resilience of the Nigeria Woman to excel in positions of responsibility. Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala gives hope to the Nigerian and African women, that success is achievable at the highest level in life with perseverance and commitment.”
Princess Joledo prayed fir Okonjo-Iweala’s to success on the job.
She thanked all those who made the epoch making confirmation possible and expressed hope that Nigeria and the world would soon feel the positive impact of the wealth of experience Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala is bringing to bear on the international agency.
