The official launching of the Better Education Service Delivery for All (BESDA) by the Honourable Minister of State for Education, Hon Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba held today, April 1 at Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The Honourable Minister was accompanied by the Coordinator of BESDA at the Federal Ministry of Education, while Rivers Governor, Nyesom Wike played host.
The Governor commended the Minister and the team at the Federal Ministry of Education for the efforts and passion they are investing into the educational sector and for not politicising the lives and future of children.
He pledged his continuous support for Education with continued allocation of 30% of the state’s budget to the sector.
