Tinubu Support Group (TSG) has expressed deep shock over the fatal air crash of a Nigerian Air Force plane conveying the Chief of Army Staff, COAS, Lieutenant-General Ibrahim Attahiru, and other military personnel on Friday, near the Kaduna International Airport.

Tinubu Support Group, in a condolence message issued by it’s Director General, Umar Ibrahim Mohammed, also commiserated with the Nigerian Armed Forces and President Muhammadu Buhari on the demise of “distinguished and professional officers.’’

The Group stated that the fallen heroes had demonstrated incredible courage and leadership, including during turbulent times in the fight against insecurity.

According to the group, the late Officers will be fondly remembered for their dedication and commitment as military officers; and their numerous landmark contributions to Nigeria’s unity and development.

Tinubu Support Group urged the bereaved families, friends and associates to honour the fallen soldiers memory by upholding their invaluable sacrifices for a peaceful and united Nigeria.

The group prayed that Almighty God would comfort all who mourned the fallen soldiers, and grant their soul perfect peace.
