IKEJA OBA-IN-COUNCIL HONOUR FALEKE, WIFE WITH CHIEFTANCY TITLE

The movers and shakers of Lagos politics will converge at Police College Ground, Ikeja, Lagos on Friday January 7, 2022 when Hon. Abiodun James Faleke, representing Ikeja, Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives and his wife, Mrs. Bukunola Faleke will be installed as Atunlushe Akorede and Yeye Atunlushe Akorede of Ikeja respectively.
The chieftaincy title is being conferred on Faleke and his wife by the entire Oba-In-Council of Ikejaland comprising HRM, Oba Saibu Hakeem Agbaosi, Ewe-Obaja 1, Oba Aguda, HRM, Oba Olusegun Adeyemi Ajasa, Olaside 1, Awise of Onigbongbo Kingdom and HRM, Oba (Dr.) Olukunmi Olusesan Akingbola, Ikuduro 1, Olu of Oregun.
Excitement is in the air as the event is holding few days after the politician celebrated his 62nd birthday with the empowerment of the less privileged in his constituency.
Notable and eminent personalities in the state and environs are said to be preparing for the ceremony in frenzy as Tungba Music exponent, Yinka Ayefele will be on the bandstand.
The father of the day is Jagaban Borgu and National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Mother of the day is Senator Remi Tinubu, while the Special Guest of Honour is the Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila.
Other special guests of honour include His Excellency, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State and Chief (Mrs.) Kemi Nelson, Yeyesewa of Lagos.
