JUST IN: TINUBU/SHETTIMA PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN COUNCIL APPOINTS FALEKE AS SECRETARY

A ranking member of the House of Representatives, Hon. James Abiodun Faleke has been appointed as the Secretary of the Presidential Campaign Council for Tinubu/Shettima 2023.
News of Faleke’s appointment was confirmed through the Twitter handle of Tinubu Support Group(TSG), the foremost support group for the former Lagos Governor formed by Faleke and people of Likeminds.
It is a well deserved honour for a man who has been in the forefront of the Bola Ahmed Tinubu Presidential aspiration even before the man himself made his ambition public.
Faleke, alongside with people of Likeminds formed the Tinubu Support Group, to propagate the ambition of the former Governor of Lagos and the activities of TSG gave Tinubu a wide acceptance particularly in the Northern part of the country.
The Law maker who started as an Executive Secretary of a Local Government became a two term Chairman of same Ojodu LCDA between the year 2004 and 2010 during which he was the Chairman of all the Council Chairmen in Lagos State as at that time(Conference 57).

Hon. James Abiodun Faleke was a first term member of the House of Representatives in 2011 – 2015, he was the Chairman, House Committee on Anti Corruption, Ethics and Privileges.

He was also re- elected for a second term in 2015 to further serve the good people of Ikeja Federal Constituency as a member of the lower chamber after serving as the Lagos State Co-ordinator of Buhari/Osibajo Campaign Organization. He was also the Chairman, House Committee on Custom and Excise 2015 – 2019.
The indefatigable and distinguished honorable was re – elected for a third term still to represent Ikeja Federal Constituency, the capital of Lagos, an unprecedented achievement and he also became the House Committee Chairman on Finance till date.

Hon Faleke who has provided unprecedented quality representation has also been elected at the APC Primary Election to represent Ikeja Federal Constituency for the fourth term from 2023 – 2027.
