Kogi State has officially received its share of the 13 percent derivation fund for Oil Producing States.
It is now the first and only Northern Nigeria State to achieve this feat.
In an announcement made by the State Governor, Yahaya Bello during the EXCO meeting today 20th October, 2022, he notified that the State government on Thursday received its first payment from the Federal Government’s 13% derivation account.
